Similar in deign and function to Roman Research's original ear piercing gun invented in 1970, the Model 3000 ear piercing instrument has been updated to meet today's demands for increased ear piercing hygiene with the addition of an ear piercing cartridge containing the ear piercing studs and clasps.

Many technicians prefer the positive ear piercing pressure released by the spring ear piercing instrument. The plunger is pulled back prior to loading the ear piercing cartridge and the ear piercing stud is released by a positive trigger action located on the either side of the gun.

Selection of surgical stainless steel ear piercing studs and 14kt ear piercing studs pre-loaded in ear piercing cartridges and sold in pairs. Ear piercing cartiridges are convenient to use for single ear piercings without damaging the other half of the pair.
